Shipping

All orders are typically shipped out within 1 business day. An order placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship on the following business day as we do not ship on non-business days. The tracking number for every order is automatically emailed after it is processed and shipped out. Our default shipping carrier is USPS, which may take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered depending on location.

Returns

Compatible and remanufactured inkjet cartridges and toner cartridges, may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund or a replacement. If you wish to return the product for any reason, please contact us (email us at SUPPORT@K-INK.CO ) and we will issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Returns must be received within 30 days of the return authorization number being issued. You may return defective remanufactured cartridges with or without the packaging. However, we will not accept the return of cartridges whose labels have been removed or if it has been physically tampered with in anyway. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-4 days after we've received the return package. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
